Crowdtech Connect is our REST API solution that allows you to link Crowdtech Insights with your own systems. This lets you automate processes that would otherwise need to be done manually. It works in two directions:
You can automatically send information from your own system to Crowdtech Insights, such as email addresses of respondents from your CRM system.
Conversely, you can automatically send research data from Crowdtech Insights to your own systems, for example to a data warehouse or data lake.

Crowdtech Connect can be integrated with nearly any system that can receive and process HTTPS requests. The technology is based on REST API, a widely used standard for communication between systems. For a system administrator, implementation is usually straightforward. It’s often similar to other integrations that may already be in place. We provide clear documentation. In short, you first generate a generic API key to access the API, then set up the API calls you want to use.
