Single Sign-On (SSO) allows users to easily log in to Crowdtech Insights using their existing school or work account. It works similarly to a Microsoft account, giving users instant access without the need to create separate login credentials for Crowdtech Insights.
Users don’t need to create or remember an extra username and password. This makes logging in faster and easier.

Role-based access control (RBAC)

SSO links Crowdtech Insights to your organisation’s Identity Provider (IDP). This means any changes made within your IDP also apply to Crowdtech Insights. For example, security measures like Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or automatically blocking accounts when someone leaves the organisation.

Your IDP’s security protocols are applied automatically. Since everyone logs in with their personal account, there’s no need to share login credentials anymore.
