We’re excited to help you get started with Crowdtech Survey! Over the next 6 weeks, you’ll go through a structured onboarding process designed to ensure you’re fully equipped to get the most out of our platform. Here’s a preview of what to expect:
Your onboarding journey begins with an online introduction meeting where we’ll:

This week is all about getting you comfortable with the platform. You’ll receive a 3-hour training session where we’ll guide you through the key features of Crowdtech Survey. You’ll also take a walk through your personalized project board to ensure everything is set up for your needs.
In the third week, we’ll dive deeper into your specific needs with a 1-hour session. This session will cover any technical add-ons you’ve requested, such as:

Now it’s time to put everything into action! You’ll start working on the items listed on your project board, setting up and customizing the platform to your needs. If you have any questions, our Customer Success team is available to assist you throughout the process.

A week after our check-in, we’ll introduce you to our Team Support team, who will be there to assist you long-term. You’ll receive an offboarding email containing all the relevant information and contact details for ongoing support.
