Dit was de uitdaging toen we ruim zes maanden geleden begonnen met het redesign van Crowdtech Survey. Ons team van programmeurs, onderzoekers, accountmanagers en UX-designers heeft elk element van het survey-platform uit elkaar gehaald en opnieuw onder de loep genomen. Het resultaat: een geheel nieuwe en aantrekkelijkere omgeving die het respondenten gemakkelijker maakt om je vragenlijst in te vullen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mobile first<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vandaag de dag gebruikt de meerderheid van de respondenten hun mobiel om deel te nemen aan een onderzoek. Dat geldt al helemaal voor jongeren. Ons mantra is daarom \u2018mobile first\u2019. De ontwerpen, het denken en de aanpak waren erop gericht om het eerst op mobiel goed te laten werken. Een groter lettertype, grotere knoppen en alle zelfstandige responsive elementen zorgen voor een naadloze ervaring op mobiel. Belangrijk is dat de mobiele survey overeenkomt met de look &amp; feel van de desktopweergave.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nieuwe matrixvraag<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We zijn er altijd trots op geweest dat we onze Survey boeiend en eenvoudig om in te vullen hebben gemaakt. Bij de nieuwe Survey hebben we voortborduurd op onze gamification-principes om meer lay-outs, meer kleuren en meer flexibiliteit op te nemen. Zo kunnen we respondenten nog beter door de vragenlijst leiden. Daarnaast versterkt onze nieuwste functie, de Conversational Survey, deze ervaring door echte gesprekken na te bootsen, waardoor de interactie natuurlijker en boeiender wordt voor respondenten.<br><br>De matrixvraag heeft bijvoorbeeld een andere vorm gekregen. Het probleem met de matrixvraag is dat een respondent vaak een lange lijst met vragen ziet die hoge uitval veroorzaakt en rechte lijnen aanmoedigt. In de nieuwe Crowdtech Survey zien respondenten \u00e9\u00e9n stelling per keer en pas na voltooiing verschijnt het volgende raster. B\u00e8tatests laten zien dat respondenten gemotiveerder en gewetensvoller zijn, en dit een grotere betrouwbaarheid oplevert.<br><br>Crowdtech Survey is nog niet voltooid.
