Crowdtech Insights, is designed with the user and respondent in mind, including our approach to data security.
As the Security and Privacy Officer at Crowdtech, I prioritise the security of data and the privacy of respondents. We store all data on our own servers located in a data center in Amsterdam. Our clients can always rely on us to provide access to penetration test reports or even conduct an audit of our systems. We not only comply with AVG/GDPR regulations but also hold ISO27001 and ISO27701 certifications. Our clients and respondents can have confidence that we take all necessary steps to ensure the safety and protection of their data.

The all-in-one platform Crowdtech Insights operates on its own servers located in Amsterdam. This ensures that your data remains within the EU data space at all times. We do not rely on hosting services like Amazon or Microsoft Azure, allowing us to avoid data transfers to countries such as the US and maintain full compliance with GDPR.
We are proud to be certified with ISO27001, which verifies that our information security management system meets the highest international standards. Additionally, for our ISO27701 certification, we have implemented a set of additional measures specifically designed to address the processing of (sensitive) personal data.
At Crowdtech, we prioritise the privacy of respondents. We work together with our clients to process the minimum amount of data required, exclusively within our own system and on our own servers. Before each research project, we establish retention periods for personal data, guaranteeing their timely deletion.
All security measures are handled with transparency. Our clients have full access to the reports of all penetration tests, which can be reviewed at out office. Furthermore, we can also share them during Teams meetings. Lastly, let’s discuss data privacy. In a nutshell, we never utilise our clients’ data for our own purposes.
