Personal data we process
Crowdtech processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself.

Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities, in order to prevent the collection of data about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data on a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@crowdtech.nl and we will delete this information.


For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
Crowdtech processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Sending you our newsletter and/or advertising folder
- To be able to call you or send you an email if this is necessary in order to provide our services
- Crowdtech analyzes your behavior on the website to improve the website and the products and services offered to match your preferences.


How long we keep personal data
Crowdtech will not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. We use a retention period for users and events of 3 months.


Sharing personal information with third parties
Crowdtech will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we have a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Crowdtech remains responsible for this processing.

Crowdtech works according to the guidelines of ESOMAR and the Dutch Market Research Association (MOA) and provides its technology through these guidelines. Crowdtech also complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).

How we secure personal information
Crowdtech takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized alteration. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact our customer service or via info@crowdtech.nl.

Crowdtech technology

In the case of its clients conducting independent research using Crowdtech technology, Crowdtech is not involved in the data collection and processing of (personal) data and responses. Nor does Crowdtech exercise any control over this. Crowdtech facilitates its clients' timely deletion of personal data so that it is not kept longer than necessary.

Research services

In surveys carried out by research firm Crowdtech, (Personal) data and answers are always processed on behalf of its clients and in accordance with the AVG. Crowdtech is not the owner of this data and may not and will not use it for its own purposes. Also, Crowdtech may not and will not provide this data to anyone other than its clients. Requests to view or destroy this (personal) data and answers can not be processed and will be referred to the client.

In the execution of research for its clients, cookies are only used for technical purposes, such as quality control, validation and preventing double interrogation. It is possible to set your browser to notify you when cookies are placed on your computer. You can also delete cookies by adjusting your browser settings.

Security Measures

Crowdtech technology has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of this information we manage. Only a limited number of employees have access to the information you provide us. They have access only to perform data analysis and quality control.
